How to transfer airtime credit?
Start by indicating your relative country and then follow steps by filling all required fields. At the end of the process, you will be directed to the payment page.
Which payments options are accepted?
You can pay with your credit card (CB, Visa or Mastercard) or with your verified Paypal account.
How my relative receive airtime?
In the purchase form, you should have indicated the phone number of your relative. Once your payment is validated, the airtime credit of your relative is automatically refilled.
Within how much time the transfer is done?
The process is rapid and automated. So, only few minutes are required, after the validation of your payment for your relative to receive his topup.
Why do i have to register ?
For safety reasons, we have to register all buyers who use our service, so that we can fight again fraud attemps.
How is the registration held?
For new clients, registration takes place at the third step of the purchase process. Among other informations, you will be invited to give your email address. An email containing a verification code will be sent to you. This is to verify your email address is good. The next page will request you to give this verification code and then process to your payment.
I've give my email but i do not receive my verification code into my box

Am I refunded if the credit is not transmitted?
Refundings are made individually and only if our responsibility is committed. Moreover, if after checking, it proves that the airtime code was used, no refunding could be made.
